PA filament (Nylon) is a high-performance 3D printing material valued for exceptional strength, flexibility, and durability. It offers superior wear properties and impact resistance, making it ideal for demanding engineering applications such as gears, hinges, jigs, fixtures, and mechanical parts that need long-lasting performance.

Why Choose Nylon Filament?

  • Exceptional strength and flexibility
  • High impact and abrasion resistance
  • Excellent chemical resistance for industrial use
  • Outstanding toughness for functional and end-use parts

Important Handling Notes

Nylon filament is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture easily. For the best results, always store spools in a dry box or airtight container before printing.

Printer Compatibility

Our 1.75 mm PA filaments are engineered for consistent extrusion and strong layer bonding. They print best on enclosed FDM printers with a heated bed (70–90 °C) and nozzle temperatures of 240–270 °C.

Advanced Nylon Options

For even greater stiffness and reduced warping, try our PA Carbon Fiber filaments, which combine Nylon with carbon fiber reinforcement for lightweight strength.
