This is not a separate material, it is our ABS Pro formulation finished matte instead of glossy. You get the same toughness, dimensional stability and heat resistance, plus a surface that hides layer lines and reads as finished rather than printed.

Matte vs Standard ABS Pro Finish

The only real difference between this and standard ABS Pro is the surface. Matte hides layer lines and cuts glare, which matters for parts people will actually look at. If gloss or a paintable smooth surface matters more than hiding layer lines, standard ABS Pro is the better pick.

Printer Compatibility and Settings

Our 1.75mm ABS Matte works best on enclosed FDM printers, including Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality and other professional systems. Use a heated bed set between 90°C and 110°C, and keep the enclosure closed to maintain a stable ambient temperature, the same practice as standard ABS.
