We pack orders quickly and carefully. The details below explain dispatch timeframes, delivery options, insurance, and free local pickup.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when dispatched.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We ship Australia-wide. For PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers, choose Australia Post.

Shipping Options & Coverage

Tracked + Insured    ATL / Budget Options

Australia Post (Parcel Post / Express) — Includes tracking and standard carrier cover (typically up to $100). If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll handle the carrier claim and replace or refund (Up to $100) once confirmed.
Budget Courier / ATL services (e.g., Aramex, CouriersPlease, Sendle ATL, Allied, etc.) are delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL). If tracking shows Delivered, risk passes to you and we cannot refund/replace for theft, loss, or damage after delivery. Selecting an ATL method at checkout indicates acceptance of this risk.
Note* Couriers Please / Aramex / Sendle do not allow shipping to PO Boxes, this is reserved exclusively for Aus Post. Redirection fees of $5 will apply for incorrect addresses when using these services

Need extra cover above $100? Contact us before ordering and we can arrange additional insurance at the carrier’s rate.

Timeframes are a guide only and depend on location and carrier capacity (remote WA/NT/far-north QLD may take longer).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • For insured methods (e.g., AusPost) we’ll assist and lodge any claim as required.
  • For ATL / no-insurance methods, claims must be made directly with the courier. We’ll supply tracking and dispatch details to help, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Incorrect Addresses & Return-to-Sender

  • Please double-check shipping details at checkout.
  • If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, re-delivery fees will apply.

Free Click & Collect Pickup

  • Select Local pickup at checkout.
  • We’ll email when your order is ready—usually the same business day.
  • Pickup hours are at any time once pickup confirmation received. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before arriving.
  • Need a different time? Call/Text 0403 143 558 and we’ll arrange a suitable pickup window.
  • Pickups are handled via locker system, on your Ready-for-pickup email it will note a locker number and pin. please use this to access your items for collection
  • Please note we do not have a shopfront for browsing, this is purely click and collect to save on shipping
