PC-CFRP-CF filament is a high-performance co-extruded carbon fibre polycarbonate filament designed for extremely strong, heat-resistant, and dimensionally stable 3D printed parts.
It features a dual-layer construction — a carbon fibre reinforced core (CFRP) wrapped in a polycarbonate (PC) outer layer. This structure combines the stiffness and rigidity of carbon fibre with the exceptional toughness and heat resistance of polycarbonate.
Compared to standard carbon fibre blends, this filament delivers superior dimensional stability, high rigidity, improved surface finish, and reduced warping.
