PETG-CFRP-CF isn't a standard chopped-carbon-fibre blend — it's co-extruded with a double-layer structure: a carbon-fibre reinforced (CFRP) core wrapped in a PETG outer layer.
That construction gives you the stiffness and strength benefits of carbon fibre while keeping PETG's reliable printability, strong layer adhesion, and low-warp behaviour. Compared to standard CF blends, it delivers better dimensional stability, higher strength, a smoother surface finish, and reduced warping.
A hardened steel nozzle is recommended, as with any carbon-fibre filament, since the reinforcement is abrasive on standard brass nozzles over time.
