The Spool Box is the individual retail box your filament ships in when you choose boxed packaging. One box is added for every boxable item in your cart.
What it does
Each spool travels in its own rigid carton instead of loose in a satchel
Protects the spool flanges and the filament wind from knocks in transit
Keeps the roll clean and easy to stack on a shelf once it arrives
How to add or remove it
Boxed packaging is on by default. Tick or untick Add individual box packaging to my order in your cart and the box count follows the number of boxable items on its own, so there is no need to add or remove boxes yourself.
Boxes are included at no charge. Each one adds about 200 g to your parcel weight, which can affect the shipping rate on larger orders. If you would prefer to go box free, please read our shipping policy before unticking the option.
This is a packaging item rather than a standalone product, and it is not sold separately.
