ASA-CFRP-CF Green
ASA-CFRP-CF Green is co-extruded with a dual-layer structure — a carbon-fibre reinforced (CFRP) core wrapped in an ASA outer layer — rather than a standard chopped-fibre blend.
That construction combines carbon fibre's stiffness with ASA's weather and UV resistance, delivering better dimensional stability, higher rigidity, and a smoother surface finish than standard CF blends, with reduced warping.
A hardened steel nozzle and an enclosed printer are required, not optional — carbon fibre is abrasive on standard nozzles, and ASA needs a stable, enclosed environment to avoid warping.

Printed perfectly, the dark CF loaded core mixes nicely with the outer light green to give a variable shade of darker green once printed.
I haven't tested the layer adhesion strength yet but it should outperform normal ASA-CF filaments as the outer cover of ASA without CF bonds to the previous layer better. See the My Tech Fun channel on YT for very thorough testing of CF core filaments over normal CF filled.
