ASA CF
ASA CF
Couldn't load pickup availability
ASA CF combines ASA's weather resistance with carbon fibre mixed throughout the material, creating a lightweight, high-performance option for demanding outdoor and functional prints.
Compared to standard ASA, it delivers better dimensional stability, stronger layer bonding, and reduced shrinkage, with a clean matte finish from the carbon fibre content.
It still benefits from an enclosed printer to minimise warping, and a hardened nozzle is recommended given the abrasive carbon fibre content.
Best Uses
- Outdoor components exposed to sunlight and weather
- Automotive parts and structural brackets
- Functional prototypes needing UV stability
- Load-bearing parts wanting added rigidity over standard ASA

ASA Carbon Fibre filament combines ASA’s UV resistance with carbon fibre reinforcement for stiff, durable outdoor-capable prints.
Why Choose ASA CF?
- UV-resistant engineering material
- Stiffer than standard ASA
- Matte technical finish
- Suitable for outdoor and functional parts
Best Uses
ASA CF filament is ideal for outdoor brackets, fixtures, enclosures, jigs, automotive-style parts, and prints needing UV resistance and stiffness.
Unlike standard ASA, this carbon-fibre-filled material offers enhanced resistance to flexing and warping while maintaining excellent UV, weather and heat resistance. The result is a durable engineering material capable of handling harsh outdoor environments, elevated temperatures and long-term exposure to sunlight.
