The BIQU Panda Bamboo Feeder is a motorised smart filament buffer that actively pushes filament to your printer, so the extruder is not left dragging it off a heavy spool or through a long PTFE run. Add a second filament source and it becomes an auto refill system: when one spool runs out, it detects the break and switches to the next, so long prints keep going.
What It Solves

Long PTFE paths. Spools in a drybox, on a shelf or across the room, where the extruder struggles to pull filament the whole way

Heavy and bulk spools. 2kg, 3kg and larger spools that put extra drag on the extruder

Leftover spools. Run the last few metres of one spool straight into a fresh one instead of throwing the end away or babysitting the swap

Overnight and long prints. Auto refill picks up the next spool on runout, so a print does not stop because one spool came up short
How It Works
Each feeder has its own drive and runout detection, controlled by an ESP32-S3 with a 1.3 inch OLED status display. Load and Retract buttons on the unit give you one-press filament changes, and a Wi-Fi web interface, opened from any browser on your local network, handles pairing, feed pressure, calibration and firmware updates over the air.
Start with the Starter Pack, then add Expansion Packs as you need them. Up to three feeders can be combined for up to four filament sources.

Being Upfront
- This is not an AMS replacement and does not do automatic colour changes. It feeds and refills one filament path
- If you also run an AMS, turn the feeder off when printing from the AMS so the two do not fight each other
- TPU can work, but results depend on the filament path. Keep it short with as few bends as possible
Compatibility
Optimised for Bambu Lab X1, P1, P2 and A1 series printers, including the X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, P2S, A1 and A1 mini, and usable with most FDM 3D printers.
