The BIQU Panda Juicer Hotend replaces your stock Bambu Lab hotend with a one-piece nozzle and heatbreak machined from a single block of metal — which means the gap where leaks, clogs, and heat creep usually start simply doesn't exist.

Built around a hardened steel 0.4mm nozzle, it handles abrasive filaments like carbon fibre and glass fibre without wearing out the way brass does, and the high-flow versions keep extrusion consistent when you push print speeds up. The magnetic drop-in design swaps in about 30 seconds with no tools, so switching nozzles between jobs stops being the chore that makes you put it off. The sandblasted, hard-anodised body sheds dust and resists corrosion while dissipating heat where you want it.

Choose Your Variant

  • SF – Standard Flow: Reliable everyday performance for standard print profiles
  • HF – High Flow: Increased melt capacity for faster speeds and thicker layers
  • HFC – High Flow + Nano Coating: Maximum flow plus a nano-coated nozzle rated to 9.8 Mohs hardness — 2x+ longer life, zero PLA wear, and minimal residue buildup with abrasive materials

Best Uses

  • Printing abrasive filaments — carbon fibre, glass fibre, and other filled composites
  • High-speed printing where the stock hotend starts to under-extrude
  • Production and continuous printing where clogs and leaks cost real time
  • Anyone who swaps nozzles often and wants it done in seconds, not minutes

Why a One-Piece Design Matters

Most hotend failures trace back to the same spot: the joint between nozzle and heatbreak. Molten plastic works its way into that gap, hardens, and you end up with leaks, partial clogs, or a blob of burnt filament fused to the heater block. Machining both parts from a single piece of metal removes the joint entirely — there's nowhere for plastic to go except out the nozzle.
