FPLA Rainbow Blue / Orange / White cycles through this three-colour sequence along the spool — a genuine team-colour scheme rather than a random gradient, well suited to club or school sports gear.
Underneath the colour sequence, it's the same high-resilience FPLA Pro: easier to print than most TPU-based filaments, with no enclosure or hardened nozzle needed, built for parts that flex and recover repeatedly.
Best Uses
- Team or club-coloured airless basketballs
- Sports gear wanting a multicolour scheme
- Shock-absorbing and energy-return components
- Flexible prototypes needing repeated compression

FPLA filament (also called FPLA+ or Flexible PLA+) is a high‑resilience flexible PLA material supplied on a 1 kg spool in 1.75 mm diameter. It combines the easy printing characteristics of standard PLA with enhanced elasticity and energy return, allowing printed parts to flex, compress and fully recover their shape. This makes it ideal for functional prints that need both flexibility and durability without the complexity of printing very soft TPU.
Why Choose FPLA?
- High‑resilience flexible PLA with excellent energy return and impact resistance
- Easy to print compared to many flexible filaments
- More durable and less brittle than regular PLA
- Maintains its structure while allowing controlled flexibility
- Suitable for repeated flexing, compression and deformation
- Comes on a standard 1 kg, 1.75 mm spool
Best Uses
FPLA filament is ideal for airless basketballs and other sports equipment, shock‑absorbing components, flexible prototypes, wearable products, energy‑return lattice structures, grips, toys, and any application requiring a balance of strength and flexibility.
