InsoleFlex 9585A is a specialised TPU filament engineered for 3D printed insoles and comfort-focused wearable parts. While the filament itself is 95A hardness, it is formulated to print into finished parts around 85A, providing enhanced cushioning, flexibility, and under-foot comfort compared to standard TPU. Easy to print and highly reliable, InsoleFlex 9585A is ideal for functional footwear inserts, orthotics, sandals, and wearable cushioning designs.
