About PLA Dual Silk Blue / Golden

PLA Dual Silk Blue / Golden pairs a deep silk blue with a rich metallic-look gold side by side in a single strand. As your print builds, opposing faces catch each colour, and where the two meet they can blend into striking teal and green tones, giving a three-tone look from one spool. The effect shifts with viewing angle and lighting, with a smooth, mirror-like silk finish straight off the printer and no post-processing required.

Blue and gold is one of the most premium-looking pairings in the Dual Silk range, well suited to dragons, ornaments, trophies and awards, vases, and display pieces where an elegant, high-end look matters. Orientation controls where each colour lands, so we recommend a small test square first to map the faces before committing to a large model.

Like all our Dual Silk range, it prints as easily as regular silk PLA with strong layer bonding. Our sample models are printed on Bambu Lab X1C, P2S and H2C printers with 3 walls at 0.16mm, and it feeds through an AMS without issue.
