About PLA Dual Silk Blue / Red

PLA Dual Silk Blue / Red combines a deep silk blue and a vivid silk red side by side in a single strand. As your print builds, opposing faces of the model catch each colour, and where the two meet they can blend into rich purple and magenta tones, giving a three-tone look from one spool. The effect shifts with viewing angle and lighting, with a smooth, mirror-like silk finish straight off the printer and no post-processing required.

Blue and red is one of the boldest pairings in the Dual Silk range, with strong contrast that suits dragons, flexi toys, display pieces, superhero-themed props, and market-ready prints. Orientation controls where each colour lands, so we recommend a small test square first to map the faces before committing to a large model.

Like all our Dual Silk range, it prints as easily as regular silk PLA with strong layer bonding. Our sample models are printed on Bambu Lab X1C, P2S and H2C printers with 3 walls at 0.16mm, and it feeds through an AMS without issue.
